COURSE

For the best learning experience, we suggest signing up at least 2–3 weeks before the course. Many of our accredited courses include pre-read materials and in some cases, a pre-course test is required to be completed before training. By registering early, you’ll have the time you need to prepare, making your learning experience far more effective and less stressful.

In addition, early registration helps secure your preferred dates, especially for high-demand courses, while allowing us to complete all administrative steps smoothly before class.

You can easily register online through our secure REGISTRATION PORTAL or contact us directly via WhatsApp at +6011 7551 1554 for assistance or group enrolment arrangements.

All our courses come with official training materials (e.g. AHA eBooks/manuals, NSC resources). These materials are internationally recognised, updated with the latest guidelines and already included in your course fee, with no hidden charges. This ensures you can follow along easily during training and continue to use them as a trusted reference even after the course.

WhatsApp us at +6011 7551 1554 if you would like to enquire on the materials specific to your course.

Any changes made to the course dates are subject to availability and should be notified and agreed upon in writing, either via email or direct mail, at least 7 working days before the commencement of the original registered date of course.

Yes. Most courses at 1 Accelerate include both theory and practical skills assessments, ensuring participants can confidently apply their knowledge in real-life situations. Theory assessments may be conducted digitally, with a briefing provided by your instructor beforehand. These assessments comply with the standards set by the accrediting bodies of your enrolled course.

The theory assessment is typically conducted via a digital platform, requiring the use of a laptop, tablet or smartphone. Our Medical trainers will provide a full briefing on how to use the platform before the assessment begins, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.

Participants are allowed up to three attempts for both the theory and practical assessments at no additional cost. If a participant is unsuccessful on the third consecutive attempt, re-enrolment will require payment of the full course fees.

This ensures that all participants meet the required standards for certification while maintaining fairness and transparency.

Yes. Certain courses at 1 Accelerate require participants to complete a pre-course assessment or meet specific prerequisites before enrollment. This ensures that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to fully benefit from the training and meet the standards set by the course’s accrediting body.

To enrol in the AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course at 1 Accelerate, participants should be proficient in Basic Life Support (BLS), airway management, ECG rhythm interpretation and ACLS pharmacology. These prerequisites, as recommended by the American Heart Association (AHA), ensure that candidates are fully prepared to benefit from the advanced resuscitation training.

1 Accelerate offers courses for both beginners and professionals. Our internationally accredited Heartsaver® First Aid, CPR & AED courses are designed for laypersons with no prior medical knowledge, giving anyone the confidence to act in an emergency. For healthcare professionals, we provide advanced training such as AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, ITLS, and more, tailored to clinical practice.

Whether you’re new to first aid or an experienced medical provider, we have the right course for you.
