The NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Course at 1 Accelerate in Malaysia teaches evidence-based, life-saving techniques for delivering prehospital care in civilian tactical and high-threat environments. Built on the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Co-TECC) guidance and adapted from military lessons learned, TECC equips EMS, fire, law enforcement and other first responders to reduce preventable deaths in active-threat, mass-casualty and hostile incident settings.
Why Choose This TECC Course
- Civilian Tactical Care, Correctly Adapted – TECC modifies proven Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) principles for civilian operations.
- Aligned with Co-TECC & ACS Guidance – Follows current Co-TECC guidance and NAEMT standards endorsed by the American College of Surgeons’ Committee on Trauma.
- Practical, Scenario-Driven Training – Hands-on drills and realistic simulations prepare participants to operate safely and effectively under direct and indirect threat.
- Clear Career Value – Complements PHTLS and other trauma education, enhancing interoperability between EMS, police and rescue teams.
- Recognised & Accessible – With only select centres in Southeast Asia authorised to deliver TECC, 1 Accelerate offers this course locally.
