Course Description
The AHA ACLS refresher course is meant for trainees whom have a valid ACLS certificate that is nearing expiry . Trainees can renew their AHA ACLS certificate by attending a 1 day AHA ACLS refresher course.
Course Pre-requisites
Valid AHA ACLS certificate or certificate expired less than 3 months

* ACLS Secondary Survey
* Airway Management
* Defibrillation
* Rhythm Recognition
* IV Access
* Use of medications
* Cardioversion
* Transcutaneous Pacing
* 1-rescuer CPR and AED
* Effective Resuscitation Team Dynamics
* Basic Electrophysiology
* Normal ECG Measurements
* Basic Arrhythmias

Physicians, nurses, paramedics, residents, respiratory therapists, nurse practitioners and those exposed to cardiac arrest in hospital or pre-hospital settings.
