COURSE
Any changes made to the course dates are subject to availability and should be notified and agreed upon in writing, either via email or direct mail, at least 7 working days before the commencement of the original registered date of course.
You are granted three attempts for both the theory and practical assessments at no additional cost. However, in the event of a third consecutive failure, full fees will be applicable for the re enrollment.
Most courses comprise theory and practical assessment. Theory assessment may be conducted through a digital platform that requires the use of an electronic device. Briefing on the digital assessment platform will be provided by the trainer before conducting the theory assessment.
An e-book will be furnished to you as part of the course materials, and the cost of the e-book is encompassed within the course fee
Yes, there is a requirement for a pre course assessment to be completed prior to enrolling in some of our courses.
American Heart Association (AHA) recommends that ACLS candidates be competent in Basic Life Support (BLS) , Airway Management skills , ECG & Pharmacology Rhythm interpretation before joining ACLS course.
Our courses are designed to accommodate individuals with both medical and non-medical backgrounds. We will recommend the most suitable course based on your specific requirements
CERTIFICATE
1 Accelerate takes pride with our wide offerings of certified medical courses which are recognised and accredited by globally accepted institutions, such as the:
- American Heart Association (AHA)
- National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT)
- Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)
- International Trauma Life Support
- Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and STCW aligned programs.
The renewal for each certification is contingent upon the specific course completed.
Certification validity periods vary for each course. Here are the validity for each courses:
- AHA courses: 2 years
- NAEMT courses: 5 years
- MPA courses: 5 years
- DOSH courses: 3 years
Additionally, we offer refresher courses for certain programs. For courses without a designated refresher option, re-attendance of the original course is required.
Upon course completion and the successful fulfilment of all assessments, you can expect to receive your certificate within three working days if provided payment has been made for self sponsored & non HRDC claiming corporate trainees. For non HRDC claiming corporate trainees, certificates will be dispatched upon receipt of signed JD14 form.
OTHERS
Our trainers bring valuable expertise from the hospital background, with hands-on experience in real emergency situations. Detailed trainer profiles are available upon request and can be shared via email for a more comprehensive understanding of their qualifications.
MMA points will be allocated in accordance with the duration of the course. As an illustration, the ACLs course, which spans 12 hours, entitles participants to earn 12 points

FEES
We provide varying course fees for each of our programs, and each course is eligible for HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) claims. You can find detailed information regarding course fees on our website, or feel free to reach out to us via email for further clarification.
Payment should be received by 1 Accelerate Sdn Bhd before course commencement for self sponsored trainees. For corporate sponsored trainees, if HRDC is being claimed then HRDC grant reference number must be received before course commencement. For non HRDC claiming corporate sponsored trainees, a maximum period of 30 days payment terms will be provided.
