
Course Description
The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR AED Course is an engaging 4-hour programme that combines hands-on, scenario-based AED instruction with CPR training. Using AHA’s interactive media-based methodology and strong emphasis on practice, participants gain confidence and composure to respond effectively in cardiac arrest situations.
This course is internationally recognised, certified by the American Heart Association, and valid for 2 years.

Learning Objectives

- Demonstrate performing high-quality CPR for an adult and an infant
- Demonstrate using an AED on an adult
- Describe when and how to help a choking adult
- Demonstrate how to help a choking infant
