Course Description
The Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice is designed to enhance and develop high level leadership and management skills for the practicing or aspiring managers, preparing them for the workplace. These qualifications are designed for individuals wishing to develop professional management and leadership practice, and who will have the knowledge, skills and behaviors to drive business activities in a senior management and leadership role.
CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice Learners must complete
any combination of units to a minimum of 140 TQT hours to achieve this qualification, selected
from units 701-716,The minimum guided hours is 36.
Topics covered include:
* Award of the CMI Qualification
* Learners must achieve a pass grade in TWO units to be eligible for the Level 7 Certificate qualification. Should a Learner successfully complete one unit, they are eligible for a CMI Level 7 Award. At present the Award is offered as a stand-alone option to 1 Accelerate Sdn Bhds CMI Learners.
* 7C30 – CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
* Certificate provides a broad base of knowledge and skills, and consists of two units of your choice from
the list below and typically taking between two and four months to complete.
* Unit 701: Strategic Leadership
* Unit 705: Leading Strategic Change
* Unit 712: Strategic Management Project
